We have studied in biology that there are genetic (hereditary) mutations that occur from time to time so that a sudden genetic change occurs without passing through the well-known laws of inheritance called Mendelian laws, in which the laws of mathematics, according to the theory of probability, play an important role in determining the biological features of newborns.

Yes, an economic boom can occur in the reality of a particular society when, for example, there is a new discovery in one of the sources of funding for that society, as happened when energy was discovered in some countries.
Also, when a major industrial discovery occurs in one of the countries, so that the country and humanity need it, it leads to a great deal of demand for it and thus changes the economic reality of that country.
