Mr. Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education on a visit to the University of Bilad Al-Rafidain  praised to infrastructure and encouragement for discreet scientific research. 

On Saturday morning, May 3, 2025, the University of Rafidain received Professor Dr. Haider Abdul Dhadhr, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Scientific Research Affairs, on an official visit to see the latest academic and scientific developments taking place in the university.He received by the President of the University and its assistants and a number of teaching members were received, during the meeting,  the ways to enhance the level of scientific research within the university were discussed, and to emphasize the importance of communicating with the leading international universities to develop the scientific journals that are issued by the university, both in the disciplinesMedical, engineering or humanitarian, to keep pace with the developments of the international scientific. The Prof. Dr. Haider Abdul Dhahdi praised the great development achieved by the university in infrastructure, especially in the field of educational clinics and modern medical laboratories, as well as the advanced classrooms, sports playgrounds and green gardens that prepare an integrated and stimulating university environment for creativity.

His Excellency emphasized that enhancing the status of scientific research is a basic pillar of the progress of Iraqi universities, calling for continuing efforts in this path, and providing everything that would support researchers and scientific journals with international sober.

This visit comes within the framework of the Ministry's interest in following up the performance of Iraqi universities, and the support of academic institutions that seek to achieve excellence and improve the scientific reality in Iraq

In a move that reflects the support of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for ambitious academic institutions, Prof. Dr. Haider Abdel Dhahd, Undersecretary for Scientific Research, visited Saturday morning 3 May. 2025, University of Bilad Al-Rafidain where he was received by the President of the University, accompanied by her assistants and a group of professors and teachers.

The visit came within the framework of the ministry’s follow -up to the level of scientific and academic progress in Iraqi universities, and witnessed fruitful discussions on the importance of promoting scientific research and expanding the horizons of international cooperation, especially in the field of developing scientific journals that are issued by the university in medical, engineering and humanitarian specialties, in a way that keeps pace with the latest trendsScientific globally.he expressed his clear admiration for the advanced infrastructure enjoyed by the university, from modern laboratories, advanced educational clinics, halls and stadiums equipped, as well as green spaces that create an attractive university environment for students and researchers alike.

He stressed during his tour that supporting scientific research should not be an option, but rather a national and strategic necessity for the development of higher education in Iraq, calling for continuing efforts to empower researchers and provide appropriate conditions for scientific creativity and sober publishing.

This visit is an important station in the university's record, as it confirms its advanced position within the map of higher education, and opens new horizons for fruitful cooperation between the ministry and the leading university institutions.

Under the direct ministerial supervision ... the launch of the evaluation exam for students of the Faculty of Nursing at the University of  Bilad Al-Rafidain On Saturday morning, May 3, 2025, the evaluation ministerial exams were launched for students of the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Bilad Al-Rafidain  in the presence of the Ministerial Committee supervising the conduct of the exams, in addition to the deans committee for the colleges of nursing in Iraq.

The members of the committee inspected the examination halls, familiar with the university's preparations and the higher organization provided by the Deanship of the College, in terms of providing the appropriate environment to perform exams and ensuring the application of accurate ministerial standards, reflecting the university's commitment to raising the quality of education and developing academic performance.

The university presidency and the Deanship of the College stressed that this exam is an important step towards strengthening the level of graduates of nursing colleges, and unifying academic and professional visions at the level of Iraq, in a way that contributes to preparing competent nursing cadres capable of meeting the requirements of the health labor market.

Effective participation of Bilad Al-Rafidain University in the thirteenth hematology conference in Sulaymaniyah ..Assistant Professor Dr. Mazen Al -Lahibi, the consultant doctor and administrative assistant to the President of the University of Bilad Al-Rafidain participated in the work of the thirteenth annual conference of the Iraqi Hematology Association, whose activities were launched today, May 1, 2025, at the Grand Millennium Hotel in the city of Sulaymaniyah, and will continue until the second of May.

The University of Rafidain reaps the Shield of Excellence and Creativity at Al-Ameed University Exhibition for Innovation ..Within the activities of the International Intellectual Property Week, Prof. Adnan Al -Baidhani, Head of Dental Industry Technologies at the University of Bilad Al-Rafidain , participated in the second exhibition for innovation and creativity held by the Dean University on Tuesday, April 29, 2025.

The exhibition witnessed a wide presence of Iraqi universities and institutions, as well as an active participation of the specific measurement and control apparatus, representing the Directorate of Innovation and Innovation of the Ministry of Planning.

The University of Bilad Al-Rafidain continues to perform the final exams for the academic year 2024-2025, where today, Monday, 28/4/2025, witnessed the continuation of students in submitting their exams in high smoothness and in organized atmosphere.

In this context, our university visited the ministerial committee in charge of overseeing the performance of ministerial evaluation exams at the College of Engineering Technologies.

The members of the committee were received by the Scientific Assistant and the Administrative Assistant to the President of the University, where they accompanied them on a field tour to see the progress of exams and organization procedures inside the halls.

The Ministerial Committee praised the good organization and administration carried out by the exam committees at the University of Bilad Al-Rafidain praising the higher commitment by students, and their keenness to stick onthe approved ministerial instructions and controls.

At the end of the visit, the members of the committee expressed their appreciation for the efforts made, wishing all our dear students the success of success in their scientific career.
