A scientific symposium in the College of Law discusses the transfer and transplantation of human organs between law and Sharia. 

To enrich the legal knowledge of students of the Faculty of Law at the University of Bilad Al-Rafidain and enhance their understanding of their fields of specialization, scientific seminars continue continuously, as today, Saturday 1-2-2025 scientific symposium entitled:

(Transfer and transplantation of human organs between law and Sharia)

The symposium witnessed a distinguished presence of students and those interested, and presented by:

The symposium dealt with the legal and legislative frameworks for the transport and transplantation of human organs, while highlighting the legal and moral aspects that govern these practices, in addition to reviewing national and international legislation related to this field.

The organization of these seminars comes within the efforts of the College of Law in developing students ’capabilities and enhancing their legal culture in a way that contributes to preparing an enabled and able legal generation that is able to face contemporary legal challenges.
