Bilad Al-Rafidain University College rises to an advanced rank 
Under the supervision and follow-up of the respected Dean of Bilad Al-Rafidain University College, Professor Dr. Rasha Khalil Abed.
The college achieved remarkable progress in the transparency ranking of Iraqi universities in the second half of 2024, where it ranked 34th out of 40 public and private universities, excluding the universities of the Kurdistan region. The college’s scientific classifications official, assistant lecturer (Aws Muhammad Hamid Al-Khazraji), explained that the standards for transparency classification are based on several basic factors, including:
1. *Open Access*: The extent to which scientific research and articles are available to the public via the Internet.
2. *Scientific publishing*: The number of citations to university works on platforms such as Google Scholar.
3. *Institutional Identification*: Use institutional identifiers such as RoR to accurately identify universities.
4. *Periodic update*: Update the data periodically to ensure accuracy and modernity.
All of these criteria contributed to evaluating the transparency of academic institutions and their ability to make scientific knowledge openly available.
This progress comes as a result of continuous efforts to enhance the transparency and academic quality of the college. We are proud of this achievement and look forward to more future successes
