Bilad Al-Rafidain university college honors the Assistant Director General of  Diyala Health Department, who is empowered with the powers, with the Shield of Creativity and Excellence

After the recently witnessed cooperation between the Diyala Health Department and Iraqi universities on training students from various specialties in the department's institutions, the Shield of Creativity and Excellence was presented to the Assistant Director General of the Diyala Health Department, Dr. Ahmed Hassan Alwan Al-Obeidi.
The honor came from a team from Bilad Al-Rafidain University College, headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Amal Rushdi, in appreciation of the efforts made to support students to acquire skills through their practical training.
For his part, Al-Obaidi thanked the visiting team for this honor, stressing its continuous support for all medical and nursing students in order to improve the health situation towards the best service for the people of the province.
