Blessed for Bilad Al-Rafidain University College for its fourth scientific conference
 Prof. Dr. Faeq Fadel Al-Samarrai. Department of Accounting .The Fourth global Scientific Conference of Bilad Al-Rafidain university college  was held on 3-4/5/2023 in the halls of the college, as more than 120 papers were discussed and presented in medical and scientific disciplines, law, physical education, sports sciences, management, economics, accounting, religious sciences and English language literature presented by Iraqi researchers. ArabsAnd foreigners also presented some of this research by default on communication platforms.The conference was held under the care of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and under the direct supervision of the dean of the college and the advanced and supportive academic staff in the college. It was attended by many of academics, deans of colleges and officials. What can be recorded in this regard:
I live with this college and its conferences, and the truth is that between one scientific conference that took place and another, I find that something new has been achieved. It can even be said that between one academic year and another, I find growth and prosperity achieved in this college.
It is known that the tasks of university work are:
1- Education - learning
2- Scientific research
3- The university and society
We find that growth and advancement has been achieved in the axis of teaching and learning in both its theoretical and practical aspectsWe also find the great amount provided by this college in community service after thousands of students enrolled in it, distributed over more than 20 scientific and human specializations, in addition to the growth and upgrading achieved in the infrastructure and the growth and prosperity of the surroundings of this college as a result of its existence.
As for the field of scientific research and the publishing movement, we find dozens of scientific research published and published by academics working in it in local and international refereed and respected journals. for scienceHumanity and the college is now working on issuing a refereed journal of medical sciences.Congratulations to the College of Mesopotamia University for your fourth international scientific conference, in which I had the honor of presiding over one of its scientific sessions. Congratulations to you Diyala province for this college, which has become a platform for scientific giving and a sign of good for the honorable people of this province.
