According to the fulfilment of the college trend in scientific openness and knowledge communicate with the scientific institutions and research centers due to  the extension of joint cooperation to organize international conferences. The Dean of Bilad Alrafidain University college prof. Dr Rasha Khalil Abed met with Dr. Othman Mulla Attia a representative of international scholar establishment during the meeting they discussed the participation in organizing an international conference besides the joining of researchers in the college in international conference and planning for joining workshops .
